5 Podiums at Youth Nationals for Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia sailors proved again this year that they are some of the best young sailors in the country.
 
At the Canadian Youth Sailing Championships which wrapped up today (August 14) in Kingston, Ontario Nova Scotia sailors posted 5 podium results.
 
Antonia Lewin-Lafrance was National Champion in the female radial class while in the Laser class Luke Ruitenberg from the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron won silver medal in the men's radial.
 
Henry Lockyer and Max Wood Westenberg, also from RNSYS were bronze medallists in the 29er class .
 
NS sailors also took 2 of three podium spots in the 420 class with Georgia Lewin-Lafrance & Kyla MacLennan as National Female Champions while Alyson Turner & Terra Carling-Lanteigne took home the silver medal. .
 
The team was coached by Agustin Ferrario at the regatta.
